If you’re not up to much this weekend, you could take a trip to Glasgow! Why? Well the Allergy & Free From Show will be running from 2nd to 3rd March at SEC Glasgow. I’ve added a link to the website below.
I’ve not attended the Glasgow show but I have been to the Olympia London show. The next London show for 2019 will be 5th to 7th July.
These events are great for discovering new products. There are opportunities to sample products before buying and to ask the producers questions that you couldn’t ask if you were buying in a supermarket.
The event, as the name suggests, caters for all sorts of dietary requirements and allergies. You can attend seminars in The Learning Theatre on IBS or Bacteria and other topics you can explore via their website.
Doves Farm are running some cookery demos. I’m a big fan of these and find them inspiring.
